Admission Process

Admission Process 2024-25

Admissions are in progress for the academic year 2024-25.

VJIS is open for admissions to Playgroup, Nursery, Junior Kindergarten, Senior Kindergarten and School to classes from Class I to X. The admission of the student is subject to the availability of seats and as per the criteria laid down by the School.

Those parents seeking admission can contact the School office between 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. on any working day.

AGE CRITERIA:

Nursery	3 + years by December 31st of the Academic year
Junior KG	4 + years by December 31st of the Academic year
Senior KG	5 + years by December 31st of the Academic year
Class I	6 + years by December 31st of the Academic year
2nd Onwards	Only on the basis of the School Leaving Certificate of the previous school

ADMISSION PROCESS:

1.	Obtaining & submitting the duly completed Application for Admission form, Health form along with xerox copies of relevant documents.
2.	Assessment of the Admission Form
3.	Parents are requested to call Mrs. Kunjir (+91-9960759016) or Dr. Gaikwad (+91-9004478252) to schedule visit to the school.
4.	Parents have to fill an admission form with necessary documents.
5.	After student observation and parent interaction, school will allot appropriate class to the student.
6.	On payment of first installment of fee, admission will be confirmed to the student.

DOCUMENTS:

1.	Birth certificate ( Nursery to Std. I) : original
2.	Leaving certificate ( Std. II and above): Original
3.	Adhar card: Xerox
4.	Caste certificate ( if applicable) : Xerox
5.	Photos: 2 photos of the student.
6.	1 photo each of the parents (mother and father)
